Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as personalized or custom items, opened accessories, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please check the product description for more details.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@ironcladleather.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you'll be provided with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspecting Returns: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets our return criteria, we'll issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Sorry, Ironclad Leather products are not currently exchangeable. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchase, feel free to contact support@ironcladleather.com.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@ironcladleather.com with your order number and photos of the product. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, we will refund the original purchase price to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
